Getting Started with EZShow is Quick and Easy.
All it takes are 3 simple steps.
Step 1: Reserve Your Assistant/ Activate Your Listing
When you get notified that one of your residents is moving or you're 30-days out from placing your first residents into a recently rehabbed home, that's the time to let EZShow know about your upcoming vacancy. We will need all the fields filled in before going live but fill out as much as you can now. (You can complete the rest later.) This way we can be ready when you are.
Step 2: Drop a lead in and EZShow takes it from there
Once your listing is activated, simply enter each new inquiry into EZShow’s Lead Input Form. Six Fields. Twenty Seconds. Your Lead Is In Motion. Done. NEXT lead. The moment you submit the lead, EZShow gets to work. Your prospect immediately begins moving through a structured pre-leasing process designed to turn inquiries into qualified showings. While you’re going about your day, EZShow is responding to the prospect, sending the video tour, answering common questions, gathering key information, and identifying the strongest candidates. Your job is simple: Send the leads. Our job: Deliver quality showings with qualified candidates — without disrupting your day, evenings, or weekends.
Step 3: Meet and Show to Your Best Candidates
By the time you reach this step, the heavy lifting is already done. EZShow has responded to every inquiry, sent your video tour with move-in information, gathered key details from interested prospects, and quietly filtered the serious renters from the casual browsers. Instead of juggling messages and trying to figure out who is worth meeting, you now have a short list of qualified candidates who are ready to see the home. EZShow has already invited the top prospects to schedule a showing from the availability you provided, and each confirmed appointment receives automatic reminders so people actually show up. When you arrive at the property, you are meeting people who already understand the home, the requirements, and the next steps. The conversation shifts from explaining the basics to evaluating whether the applicant is the right fit. The process that normally consumes evenings and weekends has already happened in the background. At this point your role is simple. Meet the candidates. Show the home. Choose the best resident. Most landlords walk away from their first EZShow showing with the same thought: that was easier than expected. And that is exactly the point.
