How is EZShow different from Zillow or my current listing platform?

Listing platforms generate leads. EZShow organizes and qualifies them before you ever step into a showing. Instead of reacting to texts, emails, and scattered inquiries, you get a structured, ranked flow of prospects who have already watched the video, reviewed FAQs, and taken the next step.

Will this work with my current marketing channels?

Yes. Whether leads come from Zillow, Facebook, yard signs, referrals, or direct calls, EZShow standardizes the intake process so every prospect receives the same professional experience.

What about prospective residents who call the office?

When you update your listing description replace the existing one with the EZShow 904 area code number.  The caller is advised to get the fastest response, hang up and text back the numbers of the street address of the home they are interested in.  For example, 4532 Oak Street.  Text back 4532.  This puts them back into the EZShow flow.  Within the flow, they can access what they want - to preview the home to see if it fits their needs - and what they need - your rental guidelines and the next steps to setting up a personal showing. 

What happens when I receive a new lead?

Instead of spending time trying to contact the prospect and playing phone tag, you enter the lead into a lead input form that is visible in your browser.  It takes 6 clicks and under 20 seconds to enter your prospect into EZShows automation.

Once entered, the system takes over. Prospects automatically receive property information, a video tour, their next steps delivered via text and email.  Every interaction is tracked and organized so nothing falls through the cracks.

What does the prospect experience?

Prospects LOVE EZShow becomes it gives them what they need to know, when they want it.

They liked the listing photos enough to send in a request to see the home.  Instead of YOU doing the follow up, you enter their contact info and property address into EZShow's Lead Input form located in your desktop's Favorites folder, EZShow automatically sends them a link to see a short 5-minute video tour along with the most frequently asked questions about moving forward and your move-in criteria.  This means they can preview your home without leaving the comfort of theirs.

Important:   If they like what they see, instead of waiting for callbacks and playing phone tag, they can move forward quickly by submitting a "Get Acquainted" questionnaire asking them the same qualifying questions you would ask them over the telephone.  This saves everyone time and money.

How are prospects screened before I show the home?

Prospects complete a structured pre-qualification step that gathers key information upfront after viewing the video tour.  Each prospect is scored and graded as an A / B / C candidate. This allows you to spend your valuable time with the strongest candidates.

How are showings handled?

EZShow delivers quality showings to your calendar  Only prospects who complete the pre-qualification process move forward to showing consideration. This reduces no-shows, eliminates unqualified traffic, and time wasted from prospects you show the home and walk out 10 minutes later saying, "this won't work.)

Best of all, invited prospects choose showing days and times you set ahead of time so you keep control of your time.

Can EZ Show handle multiple properties?

Absolutely, EZShow is capable of easily handling multiple properties simultaneously with the same consistent process applied to each one.

How long does it take to set up a property?

Generally, it takes 1-3 days to set up a new account once we receive the basic information on the home.   You submit the information via an EZShow Activation Form.  All we need are answers to about 10 basics questions to get you going - just a few minutes.  

I don’t currently use video tours. Why should I, and can I use EZShow without them?

Video is the foundation of prospect self-screening. Before you invest time in scheduling, confirming, and preparing for a showing, the prospect has already walked through the home virtually. Many will eliminate themselves based on layout, room size, finishes, or neighborhood feel. That means fewer unnecessary appointments and more serious candidates moving forward.

EZShow can operate without video, but the system becomes informational rather than transformational. Without a walkthrough, the automation is limited to answering FAQs and explaining next steps. With video, the process shifts from “answering questions” to “qualifying interest.” The video does the heavy lifting before a human ever steps in.

A Youtube video gives you IMPORTANT feedback about your home.  It tells you how many views you have had of the video.  Let's suppose, after a week, you notice you haven't been getting many questionnaires submitted.  The metrics in Youtube can tell diagnose the problem.  From your lead log, you know you had 15 inquiries.  You look up property views in Youtube and find you have 12 views.  This tells you the video is working.
